Organ Stop Pizza

At Organ Stop Pizza, a live theater organ supplies the soundtrack to dinner. The Mesa restaurant's Mighty Wurlitzer rises above the dining room, accompanied by lighting effects and animated elements during performances. Guests can order a specialty pizza or build their own, with pasta, appetizers, a salad bar, and ice cream providing other choices. Food orders are collected when their number appears on the board. Music begins 30 minutes after opening, and the kitchen closes 30 minutes before the posted restaurant closing time. Groups of 20 or more can inquire about reservations, subject to availability and timing restrictions.
