Sisters Karen Thomas and Adrienne Paul opened Pineapple Eddie in July 2011. Chef Jean Paul brings influences from Haiti and the American South to the kitchen. The restaurant describes scratch preparation and seasonal ingredients, and its menu covers Caribbean dishes, Southern entrees, burgers and children’s meals.
