Wert's Cafe began in 1968 when Fred and Connie Wert opened a family restaurant. Its menu pairs mushroom-and-onion-stuffed burgers with onion rings, sandwiches, seafood and desserts made on site. Lunch and dinner guests can eat in or take out; the restaurant provides on-site parking and does not require reservations.
