Hillside Spot has been part of Ahwatukee since 2009, building its menu around Southwestern flavors and ingredients from local suppliers. Breakfast favorites include chilaquiles, while lunch and dinner bring tortas, pulled pork and food from the mesquite grill. The kitchen bakes its own pastries and grinds beef on site. A full espresso bar makes it useful for a quick coffee stop, and the patio offers space to settle in with friends. Locally roasted beans and a rotating selection of Arizona draft beers connect the cafe to other producers across the state.
