Online orders marked "delivered" that never showed up

Third time this year a package says delivered with a blurry photo of a door that isn't mine. What's the fastest way to actually get a refund or a resend without spending an hour on chat?

Having a package marked delivered when it clearly isn't at your door is maddening, especially when it keeps happening.

  1. Worth trying Check the photo and any delivery notes, then look around the porch, neighbors' doors, mailbox, and with anyone at home. Packages are often left nearby or taken in by someone else.
