When that Merchant becomes a qualifying paying customer, you earn $200 for their first paid month.
Then you continue earning $50 every month for as long as that Merchant remains active and paying.

Tier 2 Your direct referrals
Your Insiders refer Merchants
$30 Every month
Invite others to become LOCAL Insiders using your personal Insider Referral Link.
When an Insider you personally referred introduces a qualifying Merchant who becomes a paying customer, you earn $30 every month for as long as that Merchant remains active and paying.
You earn without having to personally introduce that Merchant.

Tier 3 Your indirect referrals
Their Insiders refer Merchants
$20 Every month
When one of your directly referred LOCAL Insiders refers another LOCAL Insider, that new person becomes part of your third-tier network.
When that third-tier Insider introduces a qualifying Merchant who becomes a paying customer, you earn $20 every month for as long as that Merchant remains active and paying.
Tier 1 pays $200 for a Merchant’s first paid month, then $50 a month. Tier 2 and Tier 3 pay $30 and $20 a month starting with the first paid month.
As a LOCAL Insider™, you normally earn $200 when your referred Merchant becomes a paying MarketLOCK360™ Member, PLUS $50 every month thereafter for as long as that Merchant remains active and paying.

Submit at least 20 qualifying Merchant testimonials during a calendar month, and we’ll increase your Tier 1 commissions to:
$250for each qualifying Merchant’s first paid month!
$75EVERY MONTH thereafter for as long as that Merchant remains active and paying AND you maintain your BONUS qualification!
EVERY Testimonial Counts Toward Your BONUS!
Here’s the exciting part: You don’t have to be the FIRST LOCAL Insider to submit a testimonial about a Merchant for it to count toward your monthly BONUS qualification!
Whether you’re the FIRST Insider or a SECONDARY Insider submitting a genuine testimonial about that Merchant, your qualifying testimonial counts toward your monthly goal of 20!
Remember, the first qualifying Insider retains the Tier 1 commission credit for that Merchant. Secondary testimonials count toward your BONUS qualification but do not create an additional commission entitlement.
How Your BONUS Works
Your BONUS qualification is calculated each calendar month, beginning on the 1st and ending on the last day of that month.
Once you reach 20 qualifying Merchant testimonials, your increased Tier 1 commission rates apply retroactively to all eligible Tier 1 commissions earned during that calendar month.
To continue receiving the increased rates, simply submit at least 20 qualifying Merchant testimonials each calendar month.
If you don’t reach 20 in a particular month, your Tier 1 commissions return to the standard $200 first-month and $50 recurring rates for that month. You can qualify again the very next month!
Your Tier 2 and Tier 3 commissions remain unchanged.

Yes! Registration is completely FREE. There are no membership fees or product purchases required to participate.
Do I have to sell anything?
Absolutely not. LOCAL Insiders are not required to conduct sales presentations, negotiate prices or close sales. Our Merchant Success Managers handle the Merchant engagement and sales process.
Do I have to know the Merchant personally?
For testimonial nominations, you must have a genuine experience with the business that supports your recommendation. For direct Merchant referrals, you can share your referral link with business owners or authorized representatives you know or connect with, subject to program rules.
When do I start earning commissions?
Commissions begin when a Merchant attributed to your referral network becomes an eligible paying LOCAL City Places Merchant after any applicable trial period.
How long do commissions continue?
Monthly commissions continue while the qualifying Merchant remains active and paying, subject to the LOCAL Insider Program Terms.
Can I refer Merchants outside my state or country?
Yes! You may refer Merchants anywhere LOCAL City Places operates and accepts qualifying Merchant subscriptions.
How do I earn Tier 2 and Tier 3 commissions?
Tier 2 commissions come from qualifying Merchants introduced by LOCAL Insiders you directly referred.
Tier 3 commissions come from qualifying Merchants introduced by LOCAL Insiders referred by your Tier 2 Insiders.
How do I get paid?
Eligible CASH commissions are paid according to the LOCAL Insider commission payment schedule. Required tax documentation and applicable reporting requirements must be completed before payment.
