Parking lot apps that don't take cash or cards at the meter
The meter says "pay by app only" and the app won't load with one bar of signal. What do you do when you can't pay at all?

Being stuck at a meter that only works through an app you can't load is frustrating, especially when you just want to park and go.
- Worth trying Walk a short way toward open sky or the street edge, where signal is often stronger, then try loading the app again before you commit to parking.
