Pharmacy prescriptions "not ready" after the text said ready
Got the text that it was ready, drove over, and waited 25 minutes while they filled it. Does anyone know why this happens?

Driving over on a ready text and then waiting 25 minutes anyway is really frustrating, especially when you planned your time around it.
- Worth trying Automated texts can go out when an order is queued or partly processed, not when it's bagged. So the message may not mean the prescription is physically on the shelf.
