The dishwasher that leaves everything wet
The cycle runs nearly three hours and I still towel-dry every cup because water pools in the tops. Is there a setting or a trick that actually helps?

A dishwasher that runs for hours and still leaves cups full of water is really frustrating, and it's a common one.
- Worth trying Load cups and glasses tilted so the open end faces down at an angle, which stops water pooling in the bases.
