Your first eligible, approved Pet Peeve each day can earn a CITYWIN entry. No business testimonial is needed for this entry.

  1. Join and opt in

    Use your free member account. Choose “Enter me in CITYWIN” on the posting form and accept your state’s Official Rules for the month.

  2. Share your Pet Peeve

    Your post is checked against the community guidelines. Your first eligible post approved and published each local day earns one entry.

  3. Make it count

    Each eligible entry is one equal chance in your state’s monthly drawing. The Pet Peeve must stay published for its entry to count.

When posting is open, eligible members can opt in on the posting form.

If someone in your two referral levels wins the grand prize, you may qualify for a full matching prize of your own. Each recipient chooses their prize.

Who can take part?

You must be 18 or older, meet your state’s residency and other eligibility requirements, and accept that month’s Official Rules. Your state must be taking entries. Choose your state above to see its program and published rules.

Do all my Pet Peeves earn entries?

Your first eligible, approved and published Pet Peeve each local day can earn one entry after you opt in. Additional posts that day do not earn extra entries. Staff posts do not earn entries, and a month that has already been drawn is closed.

What if my Pet Peeve is removed?

The entry counts only while the Pet Peeve stays published. Deleting it or having it removed by a moderator makes that entry ineligible.

Are there other ways to enter?

Yes. CITYWIN also offers a free daily entry, streak bonuses, entries for approved business testimonials (up to five a month) and direct-referral bonus chances. None of them requires a testimonial, only that month’s rules consent. Pet Peeve entries do not generate referral bonuses.

Where can I use the gift card?

The $1,000 prize is a SHOP LOCAL gift card for your state’s City STORE, featuring local and national merchants. It is not a gift card accepted by every business in the directory. Prize artwork is illustrative.
