Being asked to repeat my account number after I typed it in
I enter my account number, my birthday and the last four of my card into the phone system. The person who finally answers asks me for all of it again.

Typing everything in and then being asked for it all over again is a really common frustration.
- Worth trying This is a widely shared peeve, and there's no real fix on your end, so it's fair to just vent about it.
