Phone menus that won't let you reach a person
Fifteen minutes of "I didn't quite get that," then "Please visit our website," then it hung up on me. Is there a trick to actually getting a human on the line?

Getting looped through a phone menu and then cut off is maddening, especially when all you want is a real person.
- Worth trying Try saying "agent" or "representative" clearly, or repeat it a few times. Some systems move you along when they hear it repeatedly, though results vary.
